MESSAGE: A man of understanding will maximize the things of the kingdom. Praise is what to do when you don’t know what else to do. 2 chron 20:3, 12 – when the children of Israel were faced with a battle, they called on God and God set ambushment against their enemies.
You can pray amiss but you cannot praise amiss – James 4:3
- Prayers focus on the answer but praises focus on Jehovah. That is why it always produces results.
- Praise is what to do when you have tried everything else humanly possible without a solution Acts 16:25 …Paul and Silas prayed and sang and suddenly something happened. As you praise God today, God will appear for you – Ps 126: 1-6
- When the camp of the wicked is against you, engage in praises unto God.
When all hell is let loose against you, break loose all heaven in praise. Do not cry but praise God!
There are some people that do not move alone. Have you seen the President of a nation moving all alone? They move with people called entourage. God does not move alone. When God moves, the host of heaven moves with him. God will move for you as He moved for Paul and Silas.
It takes warfare to enjoy welfare. Those who will live well must learn how to fight well. If you have a nonchalant approach to life, you will suffer reproach. When you are faced with a challenge, praise God in that challenge and see the mighty hand of God at work.
Some Truth About Praise Warfare
- It Is Battle Praise: the children of Judah went to battle with the weapon of praise 2 Chron 20: 17-22
- When The Battle Is Greater Than You, Engage The One That Is Bigger Than You: As you engage the One greater than you today, he will deliver you from all ur challenges in Jesus’ name.
- Praise Warfare Is Rescue Praise: Acts 16: 25. as they praised God, he came down and every man’s chains were loosed.
- Warfare Praise Is Judgemental And Vengeance Praise: Eccl 8:11, Ps 124:1-9
- It Is Destructive Praise: Josh 6:20 – Whenever there is Hosanna praise, there is destruction in the camp of the enemy. A major component of warfare praise is SHOUT Isa 9:5
Three Things Happen When We Shout
- The enemy is alarmed
- The camp is alerted
- God is aroused Ps 47:5
As you praise God, every buying and selling in your life comes to an end today in Jesus’ name. David praises God that his garment fell off.
