In Gen 32:28 the Bible tells us about Jacob wrestling with an Angel that ultimately brought about a change in his life.
We need to be personal when dealing with God. When we are focused and personal and show inspiration, the Lord will show up.
Many people live life to chance and when you live life to chance, you cannot go far in life. Many know what to do but are not ready to do it. If you fail to do what you know you should do, then you are equal to someone that does not know what to do.
God is not just a promise keeper, he is a covenant keeper. A covenant is so strong that no devil can break it. For example, no evil force can stop the day and night seasons.
It is our doing that gives light to our lives and not just the knowing. What are you doing with what you know? The light you don’t apply won’t make any impact on your life.
We belong to a covenant road kingdom and the amount of the covenant we engage in will determine how much of it we have. There must be a longing and thirst if you want to command authority. Ps 63:1. If you want power, you must seek it. How can someone that wants power not able to pray? Where will the power come from without prayers? It is a covenant. You have to fulfil your part for God to release the power. You must sacrifice something for what you want.
You cannot engage in the covenant of prosperity and be assaulted by demons of poverty. If you engage in covenant demands, you will walk in effortless victory. Job 22:21-27 says you will lay up gold as dust.
In Deut 8:18, the Bible says it is God that gives us the power to make wealth. Ceased to see your job as your source rather see God as your source. Sometimes, we are tempted to say that our salary is not enough, then how can we pay our tithe?
We cannot work in the covenant of stewardship and not enjoy the favour of God – Ps 35:27, 102:13-15. There are covenants in this kingdom and God’s hands are tied to those covenants. You cannot prosper if you are not a giver. Ex 23:25-26 says when you serve God, he will bless your bread and you will fulfil the number of your days. 1 Corth 2:9.
If you are a lover of God, the things that will be happening in your life, men will not understand.
